What if my diagnosis disagrees with Trustworthy Advice?
Because the Trustworthy Advice analysis relies solely on the observations and descriptions provided by the car owner, it is no substitute for an independent inspection by a qualified service technician. Trustworthy Advice is intended to be advisory only. In any case in which the car owner cannot provide specific symptom descriptions, the car owner is advised by Trustworthy Advice to simply get an inspection at a service center.
