Using ‘My Ratings’ Tools:

The confidential ratings your shop has listed in this section come directly from ProCarCare customers who complete an online survey after each service. Customers can rate your business in four areas: “Overall” satisfaction with your service; “Price” of service, “Convenience” of service, and “Quality” of service. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. The ratings shown on your ProCarCareZoneSM screens are compiled from an average of your total score as supplied by consumers, so one or two poor service scores won’t have a large effect on your overall rating. ProCarCareZoneSM does not ‘bank” old ratings; the ratings shown on your screen are an average from no more than the past 90 days. This way, old ratings don’t haunt you. If you have just signed up with ProCarCareZoneSM, you will not have any ratings, and “NR,” or “Not Rated” will appear in your ratings boxes. You can arrange, however, for ten of your recent customers to fill out survey forms and submit them to us. Using our formula, we will then average the ratings of your select customers and post them under “My Ratings.” Call our customer service department for details.

  • View/Respond to My Customer Ratings – Although the displayed ratings reflect only an average score, you can view your individual ratings by clicking on “View/Respond to My Customer Ratings” just below the ratings bar. When you do this you will see a “List Ratings” page. To view an individual customer’s ratings of your shop, click on the Appointment Tracking Number or the Description to view the details. You can also respond online to a customer’s ratings and remarks by filling in the appropriate spaces and clicking on the “Submit Response Back to Customers” button.
