Using ‘Custom Services’ tools:

This is where you can view a list of all consumer-requested service offers that match the services your service center performs. These are derived from the consumer side of ProCarCare. From this area you will be able to view the requests, create a "View New Service Offer" or "View My New Service Offers".

To "Create a New Service Offer" click on the "Name" of the Service Request located in the Service Request list. Enter the "Offer price" and "Offer Description", when satisfied click the "Create Service Offer" button. Once the offer has been added you will be able to set a begin and end offer date. To see the details of your Service Offer select the "Service Offer Name" from the "View My Service Offers page". Once you have created an offer the consumer can then choose to select your offer and schedule an appointment with your shop online.
