Your Login Name must be one word with a minimum of 4 characters and a maximum of 64, no spaces, and can be any combination of letters and numbers, including your email address (for example: Susan, or john454@somewhere.com). You cannot change your Login Name, so pick one you like!

Your Password must be one word with a minimum of 4 characters and a maximum of 8, and can be any combination of numbers and letters. You can change the password with the administrative tools on your personal car-care page.
